SIDEfxHUB is the UK patient charity for people living with post-drug syndromes. Our focus is PFS, PSSD and PAS. We fund research, push for these conditions to be recognised, and support patients.

A small team with an open door
- We meet once a month The four of us meet every month to share progress and agree on the next steps.
- Each of us drives one area Legal and compliance, communications, digital and awareness, and community. Each of us moves our own area forward: the one in our title.
- 8 volunteers behind the scenes Skilled people who help us with all sorts of tasks in the background. We could not do it without them.

2023
Founded
Set up by patients who wanted one clear voice. UK charity number 1203385.
2024
Registry built
Started the support groups and the SIDEfxHUB Registry. It now includes patients in 62+ countries.
2025
Research & awareness
Backed the Milano Project. Took PFS into the mainstream media, including ITV's Good Morning Britain.
