Sertraline for mild insomnia
Anthony was prescribed sertraline (Zoloft) at 25 mg for mild insomnia, and took 11 pills in total.
He describes himself before that as a healthy, outgoing husband and father of three who loved concerts and hiking and coached Special Olympics.
What Anthony describes
- Emotional numbness, which he says began within days.
- Genital numbness, which he says did not go away when he stopped the drug.
Moral Medicine says he now lives with Post-SSRI Sexual Dysfunction (PSSD).
